Manufactured to a high standard from premium quality latex the stretch resistance bands are a versatile, easy-to-use product designed with portability, practicality and easy storage in mind.

Our exercise bands measure 14.5cm wide.

The bands are available in five colour coded resistance strengths: Light (Yellow) Medium (Red) Firm (Green) X-Firm (Blue) XX-Firm (Black) and XX Extra Firm (Silver)

To use, simply cut a length from the roll and tie a knot to form a loop. The knot can be undone easily to change the length or size of the loop. Allband Exercise Band may also be used as a single length
Available in 6 colour coded resistances, providing a wide range of treatments
